The City of Salem Parks and Recreation Department and Creative Salem partner once again!
This month we will be showing the winner of the people's choice vote.. Beetlejuice!
Beetlejuice is a 1988 American comedy-fantasy film directed by Tim Burton, produced by The Geffen Film Company and distributed by Warner Bros. The plot revolves around a recently deceased young couple (Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis) who become ghosts haunting their former home, and an obnoxious, devious ghost named Betelgeuse (pronounced "Beetlejuice", portrayed by Michael Keaton) from the Netherworld who tries to scare away the new inhabitants (Catherine O'Hara, Jeffrey Jones, and Winona Ryder) permanently.
There is a very limited space for cars to park and we will be taking reservations via tickets for only 70 cars in front of the screen! This year we have worked with Winter Island and will be offering parking for 60 cars on the park grounds... these spots WILL NOT be in front of the screen! If you wish to have your car at this event buy your tickets now!
If you think you may need to move your car or leave early PLEASE make sure and buy a non-screen ticket as the lot is not designed for this and it interrupts the other guests experience.
Bikers, walkers or anyone that will arrive by non-motorized means will once again be offered free admittance.
There will be concessions for sale via the Parks and Recreation department including Hobbs Popcorn!
Food will be for sale by our friends at Bambolina. AND they will be bringing their pizza oven this time around!
Goodnight Fatty will be serving their delicious homemade treats.

Because of the logistics of Winter Island, all ticketed vehicles must enter the park by 7:15 PM..
Gates open at 6:30 PM
Cars must be checked in and parked by 8PM
